The 06.4 x 4.2mm size is intended for longer cuspids and will not fit all tooth sizes. Providers should use a sizing stick or mock-up placement before application to confirm appropriate fit and desired aesthetics. Due to their larger size, these designs may have a higher risk of debonding, may be more noticeable against the lips and soft tissues, and may feel bulkier during the initial adjustment period.
