To inquiry about a Chitchat tracking link

USA OrdersWe ship U.S. orders through Chit Chats which in return goes directly into the USPS database.To track your package:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit Chit Chats Tracking. https://chitchats.com/en/tracking/
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. Scroll down to the Partner Carrier section.
  4. Click the USPS tracking link provided there.
Once your package enters the United States, USPS will have the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information.
Canada OrdersTo track your package:
  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the GTA GSM tracking page directly. https://gtagsm.com/tracking/?tracking
  2. Enter your tracking number.
  3. View all available tracking updates for your shipment.
If the tracking link in your email is not working, you can manually enter your tracking number on the tracking page to see the latest updates.
