How Long Are The Sales On For?

Our Holiday Revenue Event begins on October 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM ET and runs until November 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.

All promotional offers are subject to product availability. Quantities are limited, and select items may sell out before the event ends. In some cases, additional processing or shipping times may apply due to increased order volumes.

We recommend ordering early to secure your holiday inventory and take full advantage of these limited-time offers!

Can Holiday Revenue Event Promotions Be Applied to Previous Purchases or Combined With Other Offers?

Holiday Revenue Event pricing is valid only on qualifying orders placed during the promotional period. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, and price adjustments or refunds will not be issued for orders placed before the event.

All promotional offers are subject to availability. No rain checks will be issued, and Holiday Revenue Event promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or special offers.

When Will My Ultra Machine Ship?

If you are in the United States it will ship in 2-4 days. If you are in Canada your Ultra machine will ship the week of November 23rd 2026.

Will I Be Charged Tariffs or Duties on My U.S. Order?

We ship orders to the United States daily! Throughout September and October 2026, we've had only one U.S. order reported to us as receiving an additional tariff or duty bill.

While most of our recent shipments have arrived without additional charges being reported, U.S. customs authorities determine whether duties, tariffs, or other import fees apply. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee that an order will be exempt.

Any applicable duties, tariffs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Fern Whitening Supplies does not cover or reimburse these charges. Absorbing these additional costs would require us to increase our product pricing across the board, something we work hard to avoid.

The good news? Our products are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD), which can offer significant savings for our U.S. customers thanks to the exchange rate. Even when additional import charges apply, purchasing from Fern may still be more cost-effective than purchasing comparable products directly from U.S.-based suppliers.

We encourage our U.S. customers to factor in potential import charges when placing their orders.
