When switching disinfectants, always wipe down equipment with warm, neutral soap and water prior to introducing a new product to avoid residue interaction and ensure surface compatibility.
Why is there an additional shipping charge on Micrylium® items, even when I qualify for free shipping?
Most Micrylium products are classified as heavy-ship items due to their weight and packaging requirements. Because of this, they incur higher carrier costs that are not covered under our standard free shipping threshold.
Free shipping applies to eligible standard-weight items. Flat pack Micrylium® wipes are excluded from this surcharge, while canisters and liquid-based products require an additional shipping fee to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
